That’s why we created Paleo University – a program that simplifies the process and minimizes the mental overwhelm (aka what the heck do I do with all these vegetables!?!)

Each week members receive 5 seasonally based recipes, a printable shopping list, and step-by-step video instructions for prepping the ingredients and cooking the meals. 

With our Prep Day setup, you save time and effort by getting your ingredients ready in advance – that’s one less excuse for not taking back your health!

We’re also constantly adding to our content library to help expand your knowledge of Evolutionary Nutrition (Paleo, Primal, whatever you call it) and nutritional science.
