Hey y’all!
We’ve got some really flavorful and yet simple dishes for you this week. As the weather starts heating up I love meals that minimize cooking, including colorful salads, easy fish recipes, and dishes that generally provide leftovers. And we’ve got all those bases covered for you with these recipes!

Produce
  • Asparagus, 1 bunch cut into pieces
  • Asparagus, ½-1 bunch shaved
  • Basil, 1 packet (0.75 oz) chopped
  • Garlic, 3 cloves diced
  • Green onions, 1 bunch sliced
  • Kale, 1 bunch finely chopped
  • Orange, 1 juiced
  • Orange, 1 cut into pieces
  • Oregano (fresh), ¼ cup
  • Strawberries, 5-10 sliced (depends on size and your personal love of strawberries)
  • Yellow onion, 1 diced
  • Yellow onions, 4 sliced
  • Yellow onion, I med diced
Optional
  • Almonds – if you didn’t buy them pre-chopped, chop ¼ cup
  • Spinach – if you bought a bunch, cut or rip into pieces
Animal Products
  • Bacon, 4 thick cut slices in pieces
  • Kielbasa sausage, 1/2 Pederson’s farm cut into small pieces
